Iran exports 777m barrels of oil in 2017
Tehran,
Jan 1, IRNA – Iran exported some 777 million barrels of oil to Asian and
European destinations in 2017, according to a report by the country's Ministry
of Petroleum.
A sum of 68 percent of Iran's nearly
2.130 million bpd of oil exports in 2017 was exported to Asian countries, while
the other 38 percent was destined for Europe.
In addition to China and India that are the main importers of Iranian oil,
South Korea and Japan are the other Asian countries importing oil from Iran.
Turkey, Italy, Britain, Hungary and the Netherlands are among the European
customers of Iranian oil.
Iran also exported some 180 million barrels of gas condensates in 2017.
