فارسی€23 Million investment in Mazandaran operational
Sari, Dec 17, IRNA - Investment Assistant Directorate General for Economic Affairs and Finance of Mazandaran said a 23-million-euro investment by China and Germany for construction of a power plant in the province has become operational.
Parviz Khaleqi added on Monday that €17 million of the investment came from the Chinese company, which has now entered the executive phase after passing license problems.
He said the investment is in the construction of a CHP power plant with a production capacity of 25 MW in Babolsar. The CPH-based power plant is a power plant that simultaneously generates 2 types of thermal energy and electricity.
Khalqi added, 'The Chinese are currently building a power plant, and so far the administrative part of the power plant has been built.'
The official said all equipment related to the power plant has been supplied to the province so far and there is no concern about sanctions to supply the equipment.
