Iran's non-oil exports grow 1.7% year-on-year

Feb 4, IRNA – Iran's non-oil exports over the past 10 months of the current
Iranian calendar year stood at $37 billion, showing a 1.7 percent rise compared
to the same period last year, according to the director of Iran's Customs
Administration.
Foroud Asgari made the remarks
during a press conference in Tehran on Sunday.
Iran's overall foreign trade volume over the mentioned period stood at nearly
$80 billion, Asgari said.
Iran imported some $42.8 billion over the mentioned period which shows a 21.9%
growth year-on-year, the official added.
He said that petrochemical products were Iran's main export item.
